POWER OF ATTORNEY - STANDARD CONTRACT


Under a typical standard contract:

If the Contract or any document relating to it is executed pursuant to a Deed of Power of Attorney, a true copy of the registered Deed of Power of Attorney must be produced without cost to the other party upon request.
