SPECIAL CONDITIONS – STANDARD CONTRACT


The standard contract for the sale of land includes a number of special conditions. See particularly the following annexure and clause:

ANNEXURE CLAUSES/SPECIAL CONDITIONS INCLUDED IN CONTRACT
OTHER CONDITIONS: The other terms and conditions set out in the Schedule “Other Conditions” form part of the Agreement.

SUBJECT TO FINANCE CLAUSE: The most common “other condition(s)” is the subject to finance clause.
