TRUST FUNDS (PRIVATE LOANS)
Some solicitors have funds
available for housing loans from their trust funds. A typical loan
has the following features:
- Term: 3 years
- Flat interest
- Amount: about 60% of value for
large developments.
- Other: additional legal fees,
stamp duty have to be paid each time the loan is rolled over.
