APARTMENTS – CONVERSION OF A HOTEL/MOTEL

you own a hotel or motel, you may be considering converting it into
another form of accommodation, which might include the provision of
serviced apartments. There are several ways of achieving this. You
may choose to retain the existing ownership arrangements or to
subdivide the title into multiple ownership by strata titling. However,
it is possible to convert a hotel or motel into serviced
apartments under one ownership, without subdividing into unit titles.
