REQUISITIONS
ON TITLE
Requisitions
on title are questions a buyer's solicitor submits to the seller's
solicitor. Some of them ask the seller to do what he is already
obliged to do under the agreement. Others, however, ask important
questions such as whether there are any disputes with neighbours over
fences. Occasionally, the answers reveal something the buyer could
not have discovered by inspecting the property and that is of value
to the buyer to know.
