Puffing is hyperbole of a saleperson
who overstates an attribute of the sale subject. Because it is
hyperbole no reasonable person would believe it to be true. Therefore,
no action can be taken against the saleperson when it is found to be
wrong. For example, the saleperson says "this is the best house in the
world".
