you incur if we decide you cannot live in your home. It will only pay
for those out of pocket expenses which it decides are reasonable and
appropriate. The insurer will also only pay for those expenses which
you incur after the time you report the damage to the insurer. Under
a typical policy out of pocket expenses are:
removing, storing, and returning the contents of your home.
any additional living expenses.
