purchaser and vendor to the relevant authorities. The notice advises
of the transfer of ownership giving full details of the names and
addresses of the parties, legal description of the land, date of
contract and settlement, the purchase price, whether or not the
premises are vacant, and the names and addresses of the legal
representatives.
