The Liquor Licensing Commissioner is responsible to the Minister under the Liquor Licensing Act 1985 for the administration of that act. This includes:
Judicial functions assigned to the liquor Licensing Commissioner under the Act
Intervention in matters before he Licensing Court
Inspection of licensed premises to ensure that standards are maintained
Assessment and collection of liquor licence fees
Financial examinations
Provision and administrative support to the Licensing Authority which comprises the Licensing court and the Liquor Licensing Commissioner.
The Commissioner is concerned with limited Licenses, Other Licenses, Entertainment Consents, alterations to premises, variation of conditions, suspension, change of authorised persons, transfers and conciliations.
LICENSED PREMISES
The area licensed is on th deposited plan with the licensing Court. A search on the certificate of title will indicate whether or not there are any registered interests which can affect value for example, easements.
THE LICENSING COURT (NSW)
While the Board generally, deals with applications relating to existing premises both under the Liquor Act and the Registered Clubs Act, the Licensing Court deals specifically with applications for new licenses and for the removal of existing licenses, disciplinary proceedings against licensees, transfer of licenses, and offences under the Liquor Act.

260 in the CBD/Hills area.

SA Brewing Company has about 120 leases while the remainder are
private leases.
