IMPLIED
AUTHORITY
An
agent can do whatever is necessary by an agent for the ordinary
conduct of the agency agreement, but also incidental to any express
authority. Implied authority includes terms of the authority which
can be implied upon construction of the express terms of the agency
agreement. For example, access to the property in the event of an
emergency by the property manager.
