Fusion is damage to electrical equipment caused by the fusion of such things as electric motors, and wiring in switchboards. There may be no fire (as there is no flame) and will not be covered under the basic fire policy and therefore, cover should be taken out as an extension to the fire policy. Fusion of electric motors is the burning out of an electric motor or wiring caused by the electric current in it.
