FINAL COMPLETION

The stage reached when all the work under the contract has been finally and satisfactorily executed and the Contractor has fulfilled all his other obligations under the contract, including satisfactory rectification work in the Defects Liability period.

The Contractor then signs a release from all claims. All moneys then payable to the Contractor, including retention can be paid and security returned.
